With the development of the business, the company name was changed to YUKEN CHEMICAL CO.

Daisuke Kuroda was appointed as Representative Director, and Nobutake Kuroda assumed the position of Chairman of the Board.

Kyushu Sales Office (currently Kyushu Branch) was established in Ukiha City, Fukuoka Prefecture.

Head office and distribution center completed in Jihoji, Himeji City; Okayama Sales Office integrated into head office.

Obtained a license for transportation business and started general cargo trucking business.

Signed a sole agency agreement with “AP Oil Pte Ltd” in Japan and started import sales.

Chugoku Branch and Chugoku Logistics Center were established in Takehara City, Hiroshima Prefecture.

Obtained specified construction business license for construction and civil engineering business.
Expanded the hazardous materials storage facility at the Head Office Distribution Center.

Obtained Ethanol Business Act license.

2021

Obtained quasi-drugs and cosmetics manufacturing and sales license.

2022

Completed the construction of a manufacturing plant at the Himeji headquarters and obtained manufacturing licenses for quasi-drugs, cosmetics, and food additives.
Introduced a multi-workstation for liquid transfer between tank containers, tank lorries, and containers.

2024

Acquired new business land in Taishi Town, Ibo District.
